Tabernacle of the Nations

The Tabernacle of the Nations is a house of 24/7 prayer and worship in the heart of Amsterdam’s Red Light District. In the Tabernacle of the Nations passion for Jesus is expressed through: art, music, creativity, dance, and cultural expressions; reflecting the vibrant diversity of Amsterdam. We aim to reinforce evangelism and mercy ministries through intercession. The Tabernacle of the Nations is a gift to the city and the body of Christ, and will encourage unity among the churches in Amsterdam.

History

God gave the vision for the Tabernacle of the Nations in 1998. In June 2004 we were able to purchase a facility next to our existing mercy ministry, the Cleft, in the Red Light District. The 300 year old building received the name Tabernacle of the Nations.

Weekly ministry

• Daily worship and intercession, Monday to Saturday
• 24 hour prayer events
• Hosting visiting teams, local churches, business people, etc
