Goal
The LTS is a program designed to equip YWAMers and the objective of the school is to teach you how to accomplish your dreams and how you can help others to accomplish theirs.
Topics
The 12-week lecture phase features topics taught by YWAM's international leaders. They will be coming from all over the globe to invest in these future leaders of our ministry! We will cover such topics as:
- Spiritual leadership
- Understanding your identity in the light of God's character
- The leader functioning in a team context
- Biblical worldview
- Faith and finances
- Value and history of YWAM
- Decision making & Effective planning
- Leadership styles
- Organization principles
- Effective problem solving and people management
- Communication
- The Leader's relationship with God
Nations2Nations is the heart behind this LTS. But what is Nations2Nations? Nations2Nations (N2N) is an International movement that seeks to restore the identity, dignity and destiny of all the nations. N2N gives you a taste of what is written in Revelation 7:9. People from many different nations and different cultures will gather to worship, dance and pray together to celebrate and honor God. You will be one of them! Fees:
The breakdown of fees for the school are as follows:
A nation: € 1950
B nation: € 1350
C nation: € 750
This is in accordance with the International Financial Scale outlined in the U of N Reference Guide. The outreach fees depend on the location.
Prerequisites:
Completion of the Discipleship Training School and Field Assignment (IDS 701/702) or Crossroads Discipleship Training School and Field Assignment (IDS 703/704).
Credits: To be announced (usually 12 Credits). The Leadership Training School (LTS) is accredited with the University of the Nations.
